Meet our team
The people behind the projects
Ask us what truly sets Thomson Properties apart and the honest answer is simple: it’s the people. A kitchen or bathroom is only ever as good as the team who design, build and finish it — and ours is a group of genuinely skilled craftspeople who take real pride in their work, look out for one another, and treat your home as carefully as they would their own.
You’ll meet plumbers and electricians, carpenters and fitters, the office team who keep everything running smoothly, and – yes – a Chief Morale Officer with four muddy paws. What they all share is a love of the craft, an eye for the details most people never notice, and an easy, friendly manner that has a habit of turning first-day nerves into real excitement as a new room takes shape.
It’s this same hard-won experience that fills our Knowledge Centre – so the honest, jargon-free advice you’ll read there comes from the very people who could one day be standing in your kitchen. Have a browse, then come and meet them properly below.

An avid reader of motivational business books, Jamie believes that “one of the most important principles of success is developing the habit of going the extra mile” (Napoleon Hill) and has created a working environment to reflect this. He is a qualified plumber, but his real passion lies in steering the business and delivering high levels of customer service. To keep up with a demanding schedule, Jamie swears by early morning outdoor workouts with a group of like-minded guys and enjoys clay pigeon shooting with the TP team.

Adam’s outstanding technical knowledge and talent are best showcased in creating bespoke kitchens … but he also gets excited about figuring out ways to install niches in bathrooms! His patient, scrupulous approach means he is well suited to the high-spec jobs he loves. Adam regularly plays volleyball and enjoys mountain biking with his son. Occasionally, you might even spot him paddle-boarding with his dog on the Thames…or foraging for mushrooms!

Mambo (meaning ‘King’ in Shona, a language of Zimbabwe) is the four-legged heart of our office. As a cheerful squirrel-chasing enthusiast, his muddy paws are a staple around here. He takes his role as Chief Morale Officer very seriously, making sure to greet every visitor with friendly wag and a hopeful look for treats, as well as being quick to offer his company (or a nudge for a treat) exactly when you need a little break.
