1. Request an estimate
Please contact us by phone, email or complete our website form. We’ll then agree on a convenient day with a two-hour arrival window.
2. Visit
We will visit and discuss your requirements, and within seven working days you’ll receive a detailed written estimate via email.
3. Booking
If you decide you would like to proceed with us, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will then send you our Charter which explains our terms in further detail. We will book your start date once this is signed and returned, along with your £600 deposit.
Please keep in mind that our lead time may change up to this point as new work comes in.
4. Your project begins
Shortly before your project starts, we will email you some handy tips in preparation of the work, as well as some information about the fitter assigned to your project.
Unless otherwise communicated, we will arrive daily between 8:00 and 8:30am.
5. Interim payments
These invoices are usually sent weekly and are estimated to cover labour, materials and recycling centre fees. You may see an example in our Charter.
6. FINAL INVOICE
Once your project is complete, we will send you a final invoice. You may see an example in our Charter.
7. Labour guarantee and certification
A 3-year labour guarantee will commence once the final invoice is paid in full. All paperwork (i.e. electrical certificates etc) will then be passed on.
